All mold will be designed and built by mold technician using CAD/CAM software, and CNC and EDM equipment.

Our extreme attention to detail ensures that the plastic injection molds and our custom injection molding will meet your requirements.

Typically we use P20 or H13 hardened tool steel for the core and cavity of the tool.

Occasionally, if a product has low anticipated quantities, or customer request for prototype tool, we will use other materials.
